The philosophy behind the K.Ho way — thoughtful strategy, local expertise, and care.
I’m Kevin Ho — a San Francisco Realtor®, attorney, designer-at-heart, and longtime homeowner. For more than 15 years I’ve represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions totaling over $450 million in sales, helping clients navigate one of the country’s most competitive — and most emotional — housing markets.
San Francisco isn’t just where I work; it’s where I live, own, renovate, and invest. That lived experience shapes how I advise clients. Through Team K.Ho, clients work directly with me from start to finish, supported by a small team that helps keep every detail organized and moving forward.
Keli Wong is an integral part of that work. She oversees the operational side of the team — coordinating timelines, managing the many moving pieces that come with preparing and marketing homes, and making sure the process stays steady and organized behind the scenes.
My background in law brings a level of rigor and protection to every transaction, while my design sensibility influences how homes are prepared, presented, and positioned — from smart fixer opportunities to finely tuned luxury listings. That perspective helps clients see both the immediate opportunity and the long-term potential of a home.
Much of our work comes through referrals and returning clients — a quiet signal that the approach holds up. And around the office you’ll likely meet Mr. Radu, our black lab and unofficial morale officer, who has attended more showings than most agents. He’s not on payroll, but enthusiasm counts.
Together, Team K.Ho aims to bring clarity, care, and a bit of joy to the process of buying and selling homes in San Francisco.
Leader of Team K.Ho | Top-Producing San Francisco Broker | Attorney (CA) | Designer | Commentator on SF Real Estate
Kevin is a top-50 San Francisco real estate broker with Vanguard Properties and the leader of Team K.Ho (www.team-kho.com). During his 14+ years at Vanguard, he has closed more than $425 million in residential sales across nearly every neighborhood of the city. His work combines legal precision, design insight, clear communication, and the kind of calm advocacy people want when the decisions get big.
Before real estate, Kevin practiced law and worked as a journalist. Those habits carried over—he reads disclosures like case files, translates complexity into plain English, and notices the small things that often become the big things. His background also runs through his family’s Chinese restaurant and later real-estate holdings, which gave him an early understanding of buildings, business, and the way people move through spaces.
Kevin has purchased two homes in San Francisco, including one he famously tracked down at a garage sale before renovating it into the polished Noe Valley home he lives in today. Clients appreciate that he has been on the other side of the table and knows exactly what the process feels like.
He spent many strong years working alongside Jonathan McNarry, and their partnership shaped much of his early real-estate identity. Today, Team K.Ho continues that legacy of diligence, design, and client care—with the added help of two very good dogs: Raffi, his late black Lab who was a beloved Guide Dogs for the Blind career-change graduate, and Radu, his current real-estate sidekick who believes every escrow is improved by snacks and compliments.
Kevin’s YouTube channel (youtube.com/@kevinho, with more than 4,500 subscribers) features hundreds of home walk-throughs and candid commentary and has become a resource for buyers, sellers, and the real-estate curious. He also writes regular columns for the San Francisco Chronicle’s Sunday Real Estate section and appears on ABC-7 and KTVU-2 to discuss market trends.
He grew up in Iowa City, earned degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of London’s SOAS, and received his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law. He speaks Cantonese and keeps his law license active—just in case.
Keli joins Vanguard Properties and Team K.Ho after years in tech guiding software development, operations, and leading global teams at EA, Uber, Intuit, GSN Games, LeapFrog, and more.
She earned a reputation for heading off problems early, spotting bottlenecks before they appeared, and keeping high-stakes projects on track with steady, organized focus.
A true Bay Area native and Cal alumna, she has owned and improved multiple homes over the years. Along the way came a series of fast-moving milestones with Kevin: upgrading and selling her Potrero Hill condo after following his design advice, beating out multiple offers to buy the once-in-a-generation Noe Valley home across the street from her sister, seeing how Kevin sold her parents’ ‘80s Danville home, and, most recently, seeing how Kevin helped her niece purchase a Mission District condo.
From the outside, each of these looked like “quick wins.” From the inside, she saw that it took the same coordination, process and planning that she worked with every day in the tech sector. The more she understood what the work truly required, the clearer it became that this was a role she could step into and genuinely excel at. An idea that started as a passing thought has now turned into a reality.
Her move into the field also continues a friendship with Kevin that began more than twenty years ago, back when he first arrived at Berkeley Law. Now she brings her operations expertise, production background, easy laugh, and people-first approach to Team K.Ho. Her style complements Kevin’s high-energy orbit by adding grounded, detail-forward structure—keeping momentum steady, guiding vendors and agents with clarity, and elevating the overall experience from start to finish.
Keli listens closely, connects easily, and aims for outcomes that serve people well. Clients feel that right away—and it’s a big part of what makes her such a strong fit for the team.
Future updates will explore the ideas, influences, and moments that helped define their approach — from design and renovation to the many ways San Francisco homes evolve over time.
